If  your not backing up you wordpress blog then you need to start doing it right now. Imagin going to your blog  only to find an error index  page, so you go straight to your wp-admin url and the same problem, well if you have no back up then its game over.

Thats what happened to me not to long ago, this blog got hacked and i did not have any back ups to fix the problem, i lost over a years work. Can you imagin how that feels, well i hope you never have to find out so start backing up your blog now.

There are different ways to back up your blog, manual method and automatically using plugins.

Rather than explain how to do this, i have posted a few videos below explaining the different methods of backing up your blog, allowing complete recovery in case this happens to you.
